How to install custom content in the Sims 4?
- Download the CC of your choice.
- If it’s a .rar or .zip file, you need to unzip it. (If your game is running, close it now.)
- Move the unzipped files into the Mods folder. The Mods folder can usually be found in Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 (If the Mods folder doesn’t exist, you need to create it.)
- Open The Sims 4, and go straight to Options > Game Options > Other
- Make sure "Enable Custom Content and Mods" are checked.
- Click on "Apply Changes", and relaunch the game. All done!
